Location: Alice Eastwood Group Camp (Site B), Mount Tamalpais State Park, Marin County, CA, surrounded by redwoods, meadows, waterfalls, vistas, and fairy glen-like areas. Site B accommodates up to 25, ensuring comfort for 15 women with tents provided and space for group activities.

Dates: Friday evening to Sunday afternoon (specific dates TBD, e.g., a weekend in June 2025 for optimal weather).
Target Audience: Women aged 18-40, open to mild to moderate 1-3-5 mile hikes on clear guided trails, comfortable camping (bringing sleeping bag, mat, blanket, backpack), and seeking clarity, empowerment, and spiritual tools to thrive amidst global changes.

Retreat Overview: Led by Abigail Bruce of Integrative Mind Body, this retreat is a holistic journey to awaken your inner compass in the enchanting landscape of Mount Tamalpais. The redwoods, meadows, waterfalls, and fairy glens inspire wonder, play, and magic, enhancing spiritual practices, energy work, creative expression, and group healing. A sacred ceremony circle on Day 2, where participants dress up to honor ancestors, guides, and nature spirits at a spirit altar, fosters deep connection and reverence, with an optional photo opportunity. Private chefs provide nourishing meals, and a music circle, stargazing, and sunset experiences deepen community. All activities are optional, allowing on-site relaxation. Special guests—a Pilates teacher, poet, and self-care expert—enrich the experience, activating dreams, visions, and passions.

Retreat Schedule

Theme: Connection to Self, Community, and the Magic of the Russian River Redwoods
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Arrival & Check-In at Retreat Venue
Guests arrive at a private retreat venue (e.g., Dawn Ranch or similar, TBD), greeted by redwood scents and the gentle flow of the Russian River. They settle into rented cabins (allocated based on availability, included in pricing) or the base house for circle activities. A welcome packet includes a journal, protective crystal (e.g., black tourmaline), sketchpad for creative exercises, and schedule, all adorned with the Integrative MindBody logo.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Opening Circle & Energy Clearing Ritual in a Redwood Grove
Gather in a nearby redwood grove, where towering trees create a sacred space. Abigail introduces the retreat’s purpose, emphasizing the power of the circle for community and energy clearing to align with the redwoods’ magic. Participants engage in a sage smudging ritual and guided visualization to release stagnant energies, connecting with the redwoods’ grounding power. Abigail teaches a white light shield protection technique. Intentions are set, focusing on dreams and visions, with group sharing in a circle to build community, amplifying wonder.
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Farm-to-Table Dinner by Private Chefs with Sunset Views
Private chefs serve an organic meal in the base house’s outdoor area, with a sunset view over the Russian River inspiring awe and magic.
7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Music Circle & Poetry – “Finding Your Voice with Intuition”
In the base house’s gathering space, under a starlit sky, Abigail leads a workshop on discovering your authentic voice through intuition, joined by a guest poet. The poet shares a piece inspired by the Russian River, guiding a creative writing exercise to craft a “voice poem” reflecting dreams (e.g., “What vision does the river awaken?”). A music circle follows, with singing, drumming, or listening, fostering play. Abigail includes an intuitive meditation, breathwork, and EFT to release fears around self-expression. The evening closes with stargazing, connecting to the spiritual realm with a protective prayer. Those preferring relaxation can journal or sketch in cabins.
9:00 PM: Rest & Reflection
Participants retire to cabins, journaling or sketching under the stars, with the option to stay in the base house for quiet reflection.

Theme: Power, Mission, Connection to the Environment, and Honoring Ancestors in Circle
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Sunrise Pilates with Guest Teacher & Energy Protection in a Meadow (Optional)
In a nearby meadow with wildflowers and river views, a guest Pilates teacher leads a session on core strength and mindful movement, grounding participants with playful energy. Abigail follows with an energy protection practice (visualization and crystal use). Participants can sleep in until 8 AM or relax in cabins, enjoying the morning light.
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast by Private Chefs
Private chefs serve smoothies, fruit, and vegan options at the base house, with redwood and river views sparking gratitude.
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Hike to a River Bend & Workshop – “Awaken Your Power & Define Your Mission with Medicine Wheels & Creative Drawing” (Optional)
A mild 3-mile round-trip hike along a trail near the Russian River (e.g., Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve trails) to a serene river bend offers a magical setting. Abigail leads a workshop using the medicine wheel:

  • A quantum healing meditation focuses on the four directions (East: new beginnings, South: emotions, West: introspection, North: wisdom), with the river’s flow amplifying clarity.
  • Journaling prompts explore passions (e.g., “What mission ignites my heart?”).
  • A creative drawing exercise: participants draw their medicine wheel in sketchpads, using colors to represent their mission.
  • A group creates a stone medicine wheel, placing objects for their mission. Abigail ties this to navigating global changes, using the redwoods’ wisdom.
On-site participants can journal, sketch, or relax in the base house, connecting with nature.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch by Private Chefs in the Meadow
Private chefs serve a plant-based lunch in the meadow, with time for playful connection—exploring wildflowers, napping, or chatting.
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Sacred Ceremony Circle – “Honoring Ancestors, Guides, and Nature Spirits” in a Redwood Clearing (Optional)
Participants are invited to dress up in ceremonial attire (e.g., flowing dresses, flower crowns, or symbolic jewelry) for a sacred ceremony circle, enhancing the sense of magic. A moderate 5-mile round-trip hike to a redwood clearing (e.g., in Armstrong Redwoods) provides an enchanted backdrop. Abigail facilitates:
  • Spirit Altar Creation: The group co-creates a spirit altar with offerings (stones, flowers, feathers, personal items) to honor ancestors, guides, and nature spirits, placed in a circle to symbolize unity. Abigail leads a prayer to invite their presence, fostering reverence.
  • Ceremony in Circle: Participants sit in a circle, sharing stories or intentions for their ancestors and guides, guided by Abigail’s quantum healing meditation to connect with spiritual wisdom. A sound healing session with singing bowls deepens the experience.
  • Optional Photo Opportunity: A designated photographer captures the ceremony (group and individual shots) for those who opt in, set against the redwood clearing’s enchanted backdrop, preserving the moment’s magic.
  • Nature Connection: A “tree whispering” exercise connects participants with a redwood’s energy, followed by a nature mandala activity, creating mandalas with clearing materials to honor Loanature spirits.
On-site participants can join a smaller ceremony at the base house, creating a spirit altar and mandalas, or relax in nature.
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Self-Care Workshop with Special Guest at the Base House (Optional)
A self-care expert leads a workshop at the base house, teaching exercises like a grounding foot soak with river water and herbs or a gratitude ritual with petals. They guide a creative exercise: crafting a “self-care vision jar” with natural materials and affirmations. Abigail offers holistic nursing consultations. Participants can relax in cabins or by the river.
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Dinner by Private Chefs with Sunset Views
Private chefs prepare a farm-to-table meal at the base house, with the sunset over the Russian River sparking reflection on the ceremony.
7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Workshop – “Past Life Regression & Navigating Unprecedented Times with Creative Writing” (Optional)
At the base house, Abigail leads a past life regression to uncover lessons for navigating global shifts, focusing on the North of the medicine wheel. Participants write a letter from their past-life self to their current self, guiding their purpose, with the Russian River as a muse. A group discussion shares grounding and intuitive strategies for resilience. On-site participants can journal or sketch in cabins. The evening closes with stargazing, fostering wonder.
    9:00 PM: Rest
Participants retire to cabins, journaling or sketching, with the option to stay in the base house under the stars.

Theme: Living Your Best Life with Community Support and Spiritual Tools
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation & Intuitive Movement at a River Viewpoint (Optional)
A guided mindful prayer and intuitive movement session at a river viewpoint, with Russian River and redwood views. Abigail teaches intuitive movement and reinforces energy protection, drawing on the redwoods’ energy. Participants can sleep in until 8 AM or relax in cabins.
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast by Private Chefs
A final meal at the base house, with river views sparking reflection and gratitude.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Hike to a Redwood Grove & Workshop – “Living Your Best Life with Spiritual & Creative Tools” (Optional)
A gentle 1-mile round-trip hike to a redwood grove (e.g., in Armstrong Redwoods) leads to a workshop in its cathedral-like setting. Abigail guides integration:

  • Goal-setting for 90 days, incorporating energy clearing, protection, self-care, and ceremony practices, inspired by the Russian River.
  • A creative exercise: participants create a “future self portrait” through drawing or collage, envisioning their best life, evoking magic and passions.
  • A group healing circle, sharing portraits and setting collective intentions for support, forming accountability partnerships.
On-site participants can join the workshop at the base house or relax in the meadow.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Closing Circle & Celebration at the Base House
Gather at the base house for a closing ceremony. Participants share takeaways, and Abigail leads a gratitude ritual, planting a seed (literal or symbolic) to represent growth, blessed by the redwoods’ magic. Each woman receives a certificate with the Integrative MindBody logo and a keepsake (e.g., self-care vision jar, crystal, or herbal sachet). Abigail closes with a final energy clearing, ensuring balance and protection.
    12:00 PM: Departure
Guests depart, carrying the magic of the Russian River and tools to live their best lives.
