A Coaching Journey for Young Women (18-22) to Navigate Life with Grit and Grace
Ride the waves of young adulthood with confidence, spirituality, and practical skills. WAVES blends peer-to-peer wisdom, celestial guidance, and real-world tools to help you thrive.

Purpose:

A 6-week premium summer program (Aug 12–Sep 16, 2025, Tuesdays, 5:00–7:00 PM PDT) for young women (17–22) to navigate adulthood with flow, grit, and grace, rooted in a condensed 3-6-9 framework. The WAVES program (Weave connections through sisterhood, Adapt to challenges with flexibility, Venture courageously into self-discovery, Empower with confidence and purpose, Surf life’s waves with poise) equips participants to master identity, self-love, values, and self-acceptance. Building on the 6-year success of the QUEENS Council (Quest, Unite, Elevate, Nurture, Shine), a vibrant community fostering deep self-development and sisterhood, WAVES offers a safe space for young women to share vulnerably, build resilience, and thrive through peer-to-peer coaching, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and a positive outlook amplified by spiritual energy applications. It supports 18-year-olds exploring school/career paths and 22-year-olds navigating relationships, financial stress, work-life balance, and their inner north star, with opportunities for monthly deeper dives, in-person day adventures, and retreats/holidays with intention.

Details:

  • Duration & Schedule: 6 weeks, Tuesdays, 5:00–7:00 PM PDT, August 12–September 16, 2025.
  • Format: Hybrid (weekly Zoom sessions, recorded, + optional 4–5-hour in-person Playshop in September or November at Stinson Beach, Mount Tamalpais, or Golden Gate Park, TBD via participant poll).
  • Target Audience: 7–10 young women, ages 17–22, from Marin/SF, seeking independence, purpose, and connection, navigating transitional challenges.
  • Content: Weekly 2-hour sessions feature Living with Joy guided visualizations, Radical Grit Workbook exercises (e.g., “Mindset Shift,” “Vision to Victory”), The Pivot Year journaling (5 passages/week), mindfulness (5 min), breathwork (3 min), meditation (5 min), positive outlook activities (e.g., gratitude, optimism), spiritual energy applications (e.g., intention-setting, universal connection), EFT tapping, NLP, sacred circles, and 2 guest “Queens” (20-min talks). Focus on compassionate/assertive communication, self-relationship, friendships, flexibility/fluidity, disappointment handling, adaptive visioning, self-sabotage/fears, and grit.
  • Playshop: Optional nature-infused day with sacred rituals, team games, and sisterhood bonding.
  • Continuation: Participants join QUEENS Council (monthly meetups starting November 2025) for ongoing growth (e.g., abundance, leadership), with day adventures and retreats.
  • Vibe: Ocean-inspired (WAVES), spiritual (#SpiralWisdom), and empowering, tied to Marin’s natural beauty.

WAVES is for young women between the ages of 17–22 who are navigating early adulthood — whether you’re just finishing high school, starting college, taking a gap year, jumping into work, or simply figuring out what’s next.

Not at all. This experience is designed for those in transition. If you’re curious, open, and ready to grow — you’re in the right place.

The full 6-week program (with optional beach day and camping retreat) includes coaching, skill-building, community circles, and special experiences. Final pricing will be shared during the 15-minute intro call. Discounts are available if you’re joining with a friend.

You’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a 15-minute call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat with our coach to see if the program is a good fit and to answer any of your questions.

It’s a free 2-hour live workshop that introduces some of the core topics in the WAVES program — including confidence, leadership, emotional resilience, and purpose. It’s a great way to experience the energy of WAVES before committing to the full journey.
