What is the QUEEN’s Council?

The QUEEN’s Council is a video-based platform where women meet regularly to learn, share, and gain knowledge from each other’s wisdom and feel supported in life. In joining the Monthly Council, you can participate in interactive gatherings online, including meditations, lectures, and intuitive readings/Q&A office hours with Abigail. In connecting regularly, we learn from each other, we inspire each other, and we better each other.

Expertly led and facilitated by the creator of the QUEEN’s Council, Abigail Bruce, MS, ANP-BC, APHN-BC, RN, CHT, CLC, DD. The QUEEN’s Council is for those who are looking to feel supported in their self-discovery whatever their age, background, or circumstance. No matter what stage of life we are in, a queen questions, unifies, empowers, embodies, and navigates with honor and integrity. Through the QUEEN’s Code, we can help each other develop self-compassion, take charge of our futures, live with autonomy and consciously, and enjoy self-rule.

What is the QUEEN’s Code?

The QUEEN’s Code are tenets that provide a structure for moving through life consciously and in integrity with topics such as relationships, self-care and spiritual practice, changing bodies, work-life balance, etc.

Applying the QUEEN’s Code, women gain personal awareness, learn to think holistically about the mind-body-spirit connection, move effectively and purposefully through life’s challenges and make powerful decisions with insight. Part of this will be learning the physics of anatomy/biology, psychology, spirituality, our bodies, minds, hearts and souls working in harmony.

WHAT, HOW AND WHEN

WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT?

The QUEEN’s Council meets online via Zoom, once per month for 1.5-2 hours for a year cycle. The monthly Council meeting is audio recorded and available to you for your convenience if you miss. ​We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:00PM Pacific.

In joining the Monthly Council, you can participate three additional live interactive gatherings each month.
  • One live QUEENs Council, deep-dive into specific themes with your fellow Queens. This is the powerful bulk of the monthly Council, it's where we make the magic happen! This is where we really get to explore ourselves more, redefine of goals, and support each other. Includes meditation, embodiment practices, reflective exercises and writing, helpful handouts, powerful affirmations, healing energy alignments, and other processes. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM Pacific, some seasonal events and in-person, SF Bay area and in-person retreats.

  • Live Q&A "Office Hours" and Intuitive Reading with Abigail once a month- Learn from each other's questions and get an intuitive mini-session with Abigail (*private to the QUEENs Council members)
