I offer a holistic approach through coaching and care programs which include use of mind-body tools such as teaching meditation, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, past life regression hypnosis, and energy work, and within the broader context of understanding one’s journey and challenges/opportunities from a psycho-spiritual perspective.
