INTEGRATIVE MIND-BODY

MEDITATION & VISUALIZATION

Meditate anywhere
Through the advanced study of robust clinical trials and thousands of years of practice and applied use, meditation and visualization are evidenced-based tools for optimal mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

Meditation lowers stress, anxiety and fear-based levels that impact not only the mental body but the physical body. Meditation loosens the connections between neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain which processes your most personal thoughts and feelings. It disengages you from the emotional brain, to see potentially stressful situations from a more objective position. Be grounded in reality and truth not fear or anxiety.

Allows for new practical perspectives. Boosting your reserves of dopamine, a hormone linked to creative thinking and getting you more into the flow state for unexpected solutions, so useful for creatives, entrepreneurs and busy people and professionals! It also help you to access other states of consciousness and brainwave patterns for repatterning thinking patterns and traumatic events and starting new and healthier ways of thinking, feeling and living.

Sharper Memory

The mind is a muscle. Don’t forget that! You’re thoughts are not who you are. They do not define you. Reducing stress through regular meditation revitalizes recall mental material and also instil new data and input.

Emotional Regulation and Empathy- People Power!

How we connect, communicate and relate to others is essential for our inner and outer peace and success in all aspects of our life. Meditation provingly amps activity in the amygdala, the segment of the brain in charge of emotional activity. to create a greater sense of empathy towards others. Learning to listen and observe and really understand another and to feel what they are feeling, is critical for personal and professional relationships.

Visualization:

As Abraham Hicks said: “You are more productive by doing fifteen minutes of visualization than from sixteen hours of hard labor”
In the end, what matters most is how you feel when you are visualizing.
This meditation is very simple:

  1. Breathe in through the nose
  2. Image drawing bright white light into your body
  3. Fill your lungs completely
  4. Imagine that white light is filling your body completely
  5. Imagine your anxiety and negative thoughts are a darkness
  6. Push it all together into a black mass and exhale it out through your mouth
  7. Empty your lungs completely
  8. Keep going until all the black is gone and your entire body is filled with white light. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth
