A 2-Night, 3-Day Retreat for Women

Theme: Discover your spiritual journey, voice, power, mission, and connection to community and the environment to live your best life. Navigate these unprecedented times through energy clearing, protection, intuition, nature mandalas, medicine wheels, creative expression, group healing, and a sacred ceremony circle honoring ancestors, guides, and nature spirits, all set in the magical landscape of Mount Tamalpais/West Marin/Pt Reyes National Seashore….

Location: Alice Eastwood Group Camp (Site B), Mount Tamalpais State Park, Marin County, CA, surrounded by redwoods, meadows, waterfalls, vistas, and fairy glen-like areas. Alternatives: Pantoll Campground, Samuel P. Taylor State Park, or West Point Inn (if available). Site B accommodates up to 25, ensuring comfort for 15 women with tents provided and space for group activities.

Dates: Friday evening to Sunday afternoon (specific dates TBD, e.g., a weekend in June 2025 for optimal weather).
Target Audience: Women aged 18-40, open to mild to moderate 1-3-5 mile hikes on clear guided trails, comfortable camping (bringing sleeping bag, mat, blanket, backpack), and seeking clarity, empowerment, and spiritual tools to thrive amidst global changes.

Retreat Overview: Led by Abigail Bruce of Integrative Mind Body, this retreat is a holistic journey to awaken your inner compass in the enchanting landscape of Mount Tamalpais. The redwoods, meadows, waterfalls, and fairy glens inspire wonder, play, and magic, enhancing spiritual practices, energy work, creative expression, and group healing. A sacred ceremony circle on Day 2, where participants dress up to honor ancestors, guides, and nature spirits at a spirit altar, fosters deep connection and reverence, with an optional photo opportunity. Private chefs provide nourishing meals, and a music circle, stargazing, and sunset experiences deepen community. All activities are optional, allowing on-site relaxation. Special guests—a Pilates teacher, poet, and self-care expert—enrich the experience, activating dreams, visions, and passions.
